Course Description

The TSC Peak Performance Buoyancy course is one of our most successful courses and is designed as a single pool training session. The TSC Peak Performance Buoyancy course is designed to help students better understand their relationship to water when diving and help maximize efficiency when diving.

What You Will Learn

Students will learn how to weight themselves correctly and learn why weighting and positioning creates a more efficient and balanced diver. Students will work on perfecting buoyancy skills and understand the difference between using their BCD as a compensator device and control device. Students will be encouraged to examine their own breathing habits and how to improve their breathing whilst diving. We conduct the course in the deep end of our training pool, at a depth where mastering buoyancy is the most challenging. No open water component is required or included, unless students wish to receive a PADI certification for this specialty. Certification will require additional costs associated with equipment rental and processing of certification card.

Includes

The TSC course includes use of our training pools and dedicated Instructor or Divemaster. Tanks and weights are included for the course. BCD and regulator can be rented. Students are required to have their own mask, fins and snorkel.
