Enriched Air Nitrox gives you more no-decompression/bottom time especially on repetitive scuba dives. If staying underwater longer and getting back in the water sooner sounds appealing, then don’t hesitate to become an enriched air diver.
For simplicity TSC conducts the Enriched Air/Nitrox course online as an eLearning course. This means students can sign up for the Enriched Air course whenever they want and complete the academic component in their own time. Once the eLearning component is completed students will need to come into the TSC store in Leslieville anytime during opening hours to complete some paperwork and learn how to analyze enriched air tanks using an O2 analyzer. No diving is required.
If you’re an Open Water Diver who is at least 12 years old, you can enrol in the Enriched Air Diver Specialty course.
Students will learn why diving with air that has higher oxygen and lower nitrogen content provides more bottom time, along with enriched air equipment considerations. During a practical session students will:
